This beautiful porcelain Gaiwan was handmade Gaiwan set with lid. It was handcrafted with the high quality natural Kaolin clay in Dehua, then applied the organic wood ash glaze before firing at the high temperature (1310 Celsius), the natural greenish gray glaze and the plum flower lid design just make this Gaiwan more retro and beautiful.

You can purchase this Gaiwan solo or pay extra to have a matching up plate as the Gaiwan Stand. Please refer to the Gaiwan, stand plate styles & size in the pictures and as following:

Gorgeous! I wasn't sure that it would be easy to use due to the large flower on the lid, but it is easier to hold than it looks. I got the matching cups and saucers to make a beautiful early Spring tea table. Arrived quickly and safely.

I bought this gaiwan and a matching cup and saucer. I would say without hesitation that it's probably the most beautiful thing that I own. It looks exactly like the photos. It appears very delicate, but is well constructed. It took a bit to reach me, since it was shipping from so far away, but that's to be expected and it arrived safe and sound. I would definitely recommend the whole set and this seller.
