Returns and Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Our refund policy allows for returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Shipping for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us for a shipping address. 

Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items valued at over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund for Returns
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received the item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund/Replacement for Damaged Items During Shipping
In the event that your item was delivered to you in a damaged condition, we kindly request that you notify us promptly, within 3 days after the day of delivery,
 and provide us with pictures of the damage at inquiry@theorientalcreations.com. Unfortunately, if you fail to notify us of the damage and provide evidence within 3 days after delivery date, we cannot proceed with a refund or exchange.
