Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment

Retail orders typically take 3-5 working days to be fulfilled. Some items may take longer to dispatch, as they might be in the process of being made. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, to overseas destinations.

Standard Free Shipping Service

We provide a free shipping service for all retail orders, even if you purchase only one item. This means that the shipping fee is included in the cost of each item. The standard free shipping service generally takes approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery to most parts of North America and European countries after dispatch. It takes 1.5-2.5 weeks for delivery to some Asian countries. The local shipping vendor in the destination country is typically the local post office.

Please be aware that we do not ship to certain locations, such as Alaska and Hawaii, due to limited shipping service options from China. If you believe your location is remote, please check with us before placing your order. Otherwise, your order may be canceled due to the unavailability of shipping service.

Express shipping by DHL/UPS

We also offer express shipping options, such as DHL/UPS. If you require this service, please contact us at (inquiry@TheOrientalCreations.com). Please note that there will be an extra charge for using DHL/UPS service.

Wholesale orders and Shipping fee
For wholesale orders, please get in touch with us for wholesale pricing. Shipping fees for wholesale orders will be calculated based on your order. Fulfillment times may be longer for large orders.

Refund/Replacement for Damaged Items During Shipping:
In the event that your item was delivered to you in a damaged condition, we kindly request that you notify us promptly, within 3 days after the day of delivery,
 and provide us with pictures of the damage at inquiry@theorientalcreations.com. Unfortunately, if you fail to notify us of the damage and provide evidence within 3 days after delivery date, we cannot proceed with a refund or exchange.
