These ceramic tea strainer were handmade with high quality natural clay in Dehua county, and finished with gilt rust glaze. Due to the high iron oxide content in the glaze, after firing at the high temperature (1310 Celsius), the surface of the strainer presents rust color & look. It is a tea strainer set, including 2 pieces, the strainer and the strainer holder, the strainer is with 500 strainer holes.
There are two styles available for the tea strainer holder, one is a little monk, the other one is a fisherman, the cap on their heads is the the strainer. It also can be a decor for your tea table.
